Overview

TTSMP3 converts written text into spoken audio in the browser; generated speech downloads as an MP3. Two engines: Regular Voices powered by Amazon Polly (28+ languages, multiple speakers per language, SSML customization for breaks, emphasis, speed, pitch, whispers, multi-speaker conversations) and AI Voices powered by OpenAI text-to-speech with voice instructions for style, tone, and emotion. All voices are stock voices from Amazon Polly/OpenAI — no voice cloning of real people, no celebrity voices.

Free use allows up to 3,000 characters per day on Regular Voices (AI Voices have a separate daily limit, per the official FAQ); commercial use is allowed on both free and paid usage per the official FAQ (YouTube, presentations, websites, apps, e-learning). A text-to-speech API is included with 1-year plans. Free use requires no account; accounts are issued after a paid purchase.
